Overgrown, Unlevel Land is Wasting Your Property’s Potential

Thick brush, uneven ground, and washed-out driveways don’t just look bad—they make it difficult or impossible to use your land for building, storage, livestock, or recreation.

Common issues we solve every week:

  • Acreage choked with cedar, mesquite, and heavy brush

  • Poor grading leads to drainage problems that cost more to fix later

  • Rutted, washed-out, or muddy driveways that damage vehicles

  • Uneven ground that makes building or fencing nearly impossible

  • Dangerous stumps and hidden debris that can damage equipment

  • Contractors don’t call back, don’t show up, or disappear mid-job

The R&R Dirtworks solution:

We clear, grade, and build with the right equipment, experienced operators, and a clear plan—so your land goes from overgrown and unusable to clean, level, and ready for whatever you have in mind.

  • Local North Texas expertise in land, soil, and terrain

  • Professional-grade equipment - efficient, precise results

  • Reliable scheduling — on time and done right

  • Upfront, transparent pricing with no surprises

  • Trusted workmanship backed by strong guarantees

PRICING

Straightforward, Transparent Pricing—No Games.

Every property is different, which is why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we give you a clear, written quote that breaks down:

  • Exactly what’s included in your project
  • Equipment and material costs where applicable
  • Estimated timeline to complete the work
  • Any options or add-ons you may want to consider

You’ll know the price before we unload a single piece of equipment—so you can move forward with confidence.

What affects pricing?

  • Total acreage and density of brush or trees
  • Slope, access, and soil conditions
  • Type of driveway or pad material selected
  • Haul-off needs for trees, brush, and debris

We’re always happy to talk through ways to phase a project or tailor the scope to fit your budget.

FAQ

Questions Denton County Property Owners Ask Us

If you don’t see your question here, include it when you request your quote and we’ll be glad to help.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Denton County and regularly serve property owners in Denton, Krum, Sanger, Aubrey, Ponder, and surrounding North Texas communities. If you’re nearby but not sure if you’re in our service area, reach out and we’ll let you know quickly.

Do I need to be on-site while you work?

We recommend being present for the initial walk-through so we can discuss your goals and mark any trees or areas to protect. After that, many customers choose to be off-site while we work. We provide updates and photos as needed and always do a final walk-through with you when possible.

Can you remove trees, or just brush?

We can remove brush, saplings, and many trees as part of a clearing or grading project. For very large or hazardous trees close to structures or power lines, we may recommend partnering with a certified arborist to remove them safely, then we handle the grading and clean-up.

How far out are you booked?

Scheduling depends on the season and size of your project. Smaller jobs can sometimes be scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects may book a few weeks out. When we send your quote, we’ll include our soonest available dates so you can plan confidently.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry full liability coverage and can provide proof of insurance upon request. Protecting your property—and ours—is a top priority on every job.
